    Chief Executive Officer

    Ms. Fang runs the VC fund, Wynsun Capital Management, since 2014 and is responsible for managing the fund’s investments, which included Alibaba and Uber. Ms. Fang is also the founder of MF Advisory Company, a cross-border consulting company that has provided strategic and financial consulting services to corporations and asset managers since 2009. Prior to founding MF Advisory Company, Ms. Fang worked in several prestigious investment banks on Wall Street including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Ms. Fang has been an advisor and board member to several tech start-ups in the fields of AI, online sports betting, sports media and blockchain. Ms. Fang received her MBA from Columbia Business School in 2008 with highest honours and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 with perfect grades.

    Mr. Clarke has had many years of experience in the financial, retail and sports sectors as well as developing businesses in the UK, Europe and Asia. He has also been a close advisor to Sir Kenny Dalglish throughout his illustrious playing, managing and business career.

    Mr. Hawkins is a serial tech entrepreneur, first successfully building and founding C4L in 2000 which was one of the fastest growing ISP’s in the UK & winner of many fast growth awards including Times Tech Track 100, Deloitte UK Top 50, Deloitte EMEA Fast 500 & many more. C4L provided approximately 1% of the UK’s internet infrastructure and was one of the largest private networks in the UK including their own data centre. Customers included Governments, FTSE 250, Top 100 VARs, ISPs, Resellers & SMB’s. C4L was acquired in 2016. Thereafter, Mr Hawkins started Cudo Ventures to make better use of the world’s computing capacity and the latest blockchain technology.

    Anthony DiSanti was the former Head of Citi’s Global Sports Advisory and Finance Group. Anthony has a track record of success dating back more than 25 years across the global sports industry leveraging industry expertise and relationships alike to provide value-added strategic transaction advice and solutions to many high-profile sports organizations and franchises around the world.

    Anthony has worked with numerous prospective team owners, existing team owners and leagues in the U.S. and abroad to buy and sell franchises, secure funding from limited partners and to underwrite financings for both senior secured lending facilities and infrastructure projects.

    Anthony has advised on more than 50 M&A transactions in leagues ranging from the English Premier League, Serie A, National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, National Football League, National Basketball Association and Major League Soccer.

    In 2018, Anthony was recognized by Worth Magazine as one of the top 50 most powerful people in Sports. Anthony has previously been quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, Sports Business Journal, and Crain’s among numerous other publications.

    Warren has spent 20+ years working with global brands, rights holders, athletes and event owners in the UK, Australia, South Africa, and Nigeria, delivering global sponsorship marketing programs for the likes of Mastercard and American Express in sport, entertainment, and the arts.

    His deep industry knowledge and passion for sport has helped him establish long-lasting industry relationships, generating $MM in revenue, driving change, and expanding opportunities for brands across a range of industries and sporting codes.

    Warren is a passionate multi-sport endurance athlete, having competed in multiple IRONMAN races, raising funds for charities that are close to his heart.

    Sports obsessed with a good sense of humor, since 2018 Neil has moved into tech solutions that drive value for rights holders, their sponsors and most importantly the fans.

    JP has worked in digital media, sports, and commercial partnerships for his entire career. He specializes in creating ground-breaking partnerships and bringing tech, brands, and rights holders together. He brokered the first sponsorship from a crypto brand anywhere in the world of golf and ran his own consultancy for a decade advising the likes of Ladbrokes, the PGA European Tour, England Rugby League, Watchfinder, the O2 Arena, William Hill and many more.

    One of 4 boys, JP is from a sports-mad family. JP is passionate about helping rights holders and brands extract the most value from their partnerships and ensuring they make the most from the digital assets.

    KennySir Kenny Dalglish
    VP, Relations

    Sir Kenneth Mathieson Dalglish MBE is a Scottish former football player and manager. During his career, he made 338 appearances for Celtic, 515 for Liverpool and earned a record 102 full caps for the Scotland national team. Sir Kenneth won the Ballon d’Or Silver Award in 1983, the PFA Players’ Player of the Year in 1983, and the FWA Footballer of the Year in 1979 and 1983. Sir Kenneth enjoyed two spells as manager of Liverpool FC in 1985 and 2011 (honours include three First Divisions, two FA Cups, one league cup and four FA Charity Shields), one at Newcastle United FC in 1997 and one at Blackburn Rovers whom he led from the Second Division to win the Premier League in 1995. Sir Kenneth is currently a non-executive director of Liverpool FC and in 2017, Anfield’s Centenary Stand was renamed after him.

He has been leading strategic partnerships as VP of Sales at Cudo Ventures, a highly experienced team of entrepreneurs and developers, driving blockchain, distributed computing and web 3.0 cloud adoption.

    BradBrad Bohling

    Mr. Bohling has worked for many of the leading firms on Wall Street and the hedge fund industry for more than 30 years. His experience spans multiple sectors, including foreign exchange, fixed income and commodity trading. Through his financial work, Mr. Bohling has developed an extensive network of strong relationships across North American sports leagues and clubs.

    Mr. Bohling earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
